Procurement Executive (Cahya Mata Sarawak Management Services Sdn Bhd, Kuching)

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer (internal) satisfaction are accomplished;
• Jointly developing and implementing category strategies set by the Category Manager to drive direction and results;
• Managing sourcing projects, key initiatives, and supplier negotiations;
• Verifying spend analysis, market insights, SLA’s and total cost of ownership;
• Assessing current business and legal risks in existing and or new contracts based on Contract Management guidelines set;
• Drafting contracts and/or statements of work;
• Building accountability for supplier performance relative to contracted service levels;
• Managing supplier pay terms in adherence to contract;
• Be an example driver of change, compliance, and continuous improvement in procurement and other related departments;
• Ensure that all other duties set by the line Manager are being completed in a timely manner.
