Job Description
Responsibilities
- Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements
- Maintain supplier database and procurement records
- Coordinate with project finance, site teams, and other departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in procurement within the building construction industry
- Strong knowledge of civil works materials, subcontractors, and supplier sourcing
- Experience in vendor management, price negotiation, and purchase order processes
- Familiarity with UAE construction market and suppliers
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Available in UAE preferred
