As a Process/Project Manager Global Logistics Systems, you will support the implementation of Hilti’s Lead2030 strategy by driving cross-functional initiatives in large project execution. This role focuses on coordinating global process improvements and ensuring alignment across functions to enhance efficiency, transparency, and performance.
This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Required travel is up to 15–25%.

Lead the design, improvement, and standardization of end-to-end processes across project execution, fulfilment, material management, and prefabrication
