Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Process Technician to support daily operations at the Port Dickson PME Plant. The role involves operating process equipment, performing sampling, maintaining safety standards, and supporting plant performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor process equipment including valves, pumps, and instruments.
- Perform plant start‑up and shutdown activities as per schedule.
- Conduct sampling of raw materials, intermediate, and final products for testing.
- Record instrument readings (pressure, flow, level, temperature) and report to supervisors.
- Support maintenance and testing of repaired or newly installed equipment.
- Communicate effectively with DCS and Production Supervisors for smooth operations.
- Participate in safety programs and comply with regulations (LPS, POIMS, ISO, ILC).
