Process Technician (Aguascalientes)

The Process Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for optimizing equipment and keeping it under control so that results are better than the set limits on individual indicators.
Document the functionality of trusted machines and create a manual for identifying and eliminating process and equipment problems.
Validate equipment and processes, including the validation of any type of spare parts or fittings that are replaced by the equipment.
Perform periodic review of the suitability of technological equipment and processes and, if necessary, take action to restore or improve them.
Participate in installation inspection and acceptance of new machines and gadgets.
