Job Description

Process Support Technician working with the NPI & Engineering team to implement Learning through Play. Bring your production processes experience to actively participate in implementing new products, processes, machinery and technology from an integral perspective.

Core Responsibilities

• Support proper introduction of new products to the operational area by defining machine parameters and peripheral layout aligning with safety, ergonomic and quality standards and reaching expected output.


• Identify process opportunity areas and propose solutions to improve them.


• Prototype process engineer solutions and create visual aids.


• Support installation of new equipment and alignment with LEGO safety rules.


• Assist process engineers in new projects or technology implementation.


• Assist process engineers in continuous improvement tools and forums.
