Process Specialist, Software and Renewal Platforms

Job Purpose

To provide business support on software and renewal platform processes and become a 'centre of excellence' for a specific product or technology group.

Responsibilities

• Ability to focus on specific processes and identify areas for improvement
• Provision of an outstanding quality service
• Manage User Acceptance Test (UAT) cycles and ensure data and test scripts are available
• Support business with UAT and ensure timely completion
• Develop a high level of product knowledge, technically aware and has the ability to provide complete solutions
• Ability to prioritize and resolve customer care issues
• Promote and drive business through TD SYNNEX's e-commerce tools
• Recognition and appropriate escalation of potential problems
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Development Managers and business specialists regarding changes to processes and platform
