Process Safety Manager: Location: Madrid, Spain Project Phase: Pre-FEED, FEED & Project Execution Overview: We are seeking a Process Safety Manager to lead the development and implementation of process safety strategies on a large-scale green ammonia project. The role will focus heavily on pre-planning and planning phases, ensuring safe design from concept through to execution. Key Responsibilities: Process Safety Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the process safety framework during early project phases Define process safety philosophies, design criteria, and standards aligned with international regulations Ensure integration of inherently safer design principles across the project Hazard Identification & Risk Management: Lead and facilitate HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, and QRA studies Identify major accident hazards associated with hydrogen and ammonia production, storage, and handling Ensure appropriate risk mitigation measures are implemented in design Functional Safety & Syste...
