Ensure the process works at the optimum level, to the required rate of output, and quality expectations to meet customer requirements.
Set and maintain all operating process parameters to achieve high levels of production and efficiency targets.
Design and modify Through-Hole tooling (Pallets, backup plates, special fixtures).
Evaluate reflow oven profiles according to solder specifications.
Analyze and investigate root cause for process issues.
Define corrective actions to avoid customer impact.
Quality enhances, reduce customer complaints, ensure compliance with customer regulations, and provide adherence to internal Quality and TS/***** requirements.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, in accordance with project success criteria, through prioritization, allocation of resources, budgeting, planning, and controlling.
