Process Quality Engineer

Job Description
Main Objective:
Ensure product quality through the implementation and maintenance of standardized quality tools, processes, and procedures within manufacturing operations.
What challenges will you have?
Collaborate in the technical analysis of claims, guide the team in the use of problem-solving methodologies, and ensure timely documentation and response according to company standards
Lead, motivate, recognize, and ensure the training and development of personnel within their area of responsibility, in compliance with RIT and CCT.
Ensure the validity of attribute studies and process capability, as well as coordinate and maintain the validity and analysis of measurement systems and their repeatability.
Document and communicate preliminary findings of internal and external failures to transfer the investigation to third parties, and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
