RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.3 to 5+ years of quality experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated Process Quality Engineer (PQE) role.Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs is highly preferred.Professional English level.IATF ***** Internal Auditor certification preferred.Experience in the following processes:LaminationCuttingSewingKnowledge & SkillsAPQPPPAPDFMEA / PFMEAMSASPCTools & MethodologiesProblem‐solving methodologies.Statistical analysis and data‐driven decision‐making.Proficiency in Minitab.Process KnowledgeStrong understanding of Production line processes.Control Plans (CP).
Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP).
Quality SystemsKnowledge of IATF standards.
