Reporting to the shift team lead, your responsibilities include following safe operating procedures and ensuring smooth operations throughout your shifts. Previous experience in Oil Sands or heavy industrial operations is preferred, though transferrable skills are welcomed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow operational procedures for safety and efficiency
• Provide guidance to maintenance and contract crews

• Complete daily logs and report significant changes
• Conduct workplace observations to mitigate safety risks
