Process & Mechanical Engineering EMEA

The Process and Mechanical Engineering Manager is the EMEA technical authority for process and mechanical engineering. This role is accountable for the process safety and machinery safety high‑severity engineering risks, and for defining and ensuring compliance with Haleon facilities and utilities design standards. The manager co‑de‑velops and implements global strategies, policies, training and tools, and identifies, assesses and mitigates process and machinery safety risks.

Responsibilities

• Execute the functional strategy for Process and Mechanical Engineering across EMEA.
• Develop functional plans and drive strategic implementation to reduce EHS and business risk, build capability and improve business performance.
