You analyze business processes and evaluate their effectiveness

You facilitate internal process workshops

You identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with leading experts and management

You analyze current (as-is) processes and support the definition of future (to-be) processes

You define process improvement projects, including solution concepts, feasibility analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and stakeholder analyses

You support the Process Board through consolidation, standardized evaluation, prioritization recommendations, and portfolio management of all process improvement projects
