Process Improvement Specialist, SSD ACES

Description
The ACES Process Improvement Specialist will drive initiatives focused in improving site’s and region’s capacity, cost, quality and customer experience. Those initiatives include benchmarking through auditing and leadership coaching, standard-work optimization, and process improvement piloting and implementation. In addition, the process improvement specialist will act as the link between the region to the SSD Field Programs team, and will manage escalations, intakes, deep-dives and approvals to resolve barriers and issues the region is facing.
This role partners with both internal and external program management, technical teams, and is able to build relationships with colleagues across SSD Buildings, tech, and support teams. This role is both a collaborator focused on implementing network-wide initiatives, as well as the primary Cost & Quality partner for Operations General Managers.
