- Responsible for all SMT processes and equipment, such as printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI, etc., including developing equipment programs and setting optimization parameters.
- Regularly maintain the above equipment.
- Develop equipment operation and maintenance guidelines.
- Develop product flow charts, process routes, and work instructions.
- Resolve and analyze technical and quality issues in daily production and handle defective products from downstream processes; NPI and transfer projects responsible for the above processes.
- Submit effective and professional DFM reports after trial production.
- Lead continuous improvement projects according to KPI requirements.
- Communicate with equipment suppliers and regularly train relevant technical personnel and operators.
