PROCESS ENGINEER

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for PWBA processes (for Sub Assembly & Adjustment sections), Final Mounting & EMS processes.
To evaluate new development models from PDR (Preliminary Design Review).
To initiate Engineering Documentations such as Working Manual, Engineering Change, Control Plan, Process Flow , FMEA, Rework & Sorting report
Implementation of process improvement projects
Simulate and investigate potential & outflow defects.
Design jig & fixtures for PWBA processes.
Implementation of process improvement projects.
Responsible for “ESD” (Electrostatic Sensitive Device) related matters.
Responsible for “MSD” (Moisture Sensitive Device) related matters.
Potential Internal Auditor for QS 9000 and ISO 14001 CUM Committee Member & ISO/TS 16949.
CST estimation and calculation.
To provide supervision On Line Support for:
· troubleshooting of defects
· jigs/ fixture design, fabrication & maintenance
