Purpose and Scope

This position exists to support and service the manufacturing departments by providing a high level of technical expertise. The role focuses on constantly developing and/or modifying plant production processes at line level, including production equipment, tooling, gauging, and in‑process product designs. The goal is to maximize production capacity, minimize manufacturing costs, improve customer delivery and product quality, and eliminate safety concerns. The engineer will lead continuous improvement projects, procure practical methods and technologies, and collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain as well as corporate resources.
