Job Description
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client to find a full-time Process Engineer near Dalton, GA.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop, optimize, and support production processes.
+ Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, time studies, and line balancing
+ Improve throughput, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
+ Optimize tooling, equipment, and workflow
+ Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation
+ Support new product launches
+ Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues
+ Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related
+ 3+ years of relevant engineering experience within a manufacturing/production environment
