Responsibilities:
Process design and review for new product drawings.MDM-master data creation.HKB creation and modification.Develop the assembly & lapping equipment and verification according the process requirement.Design and review assembly&lapping process fixtures& tools for new and current product.Check the status of fixtures&tools before the production order is issued.Collect and analyze production process problems, and provide related process solutions.Continuous improvement of product quality related issues. Cost saving through process improvement and project.Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related.At least 5 years experience in Assembly & lapping process.Mechanical seal industrial experience and Project management experience is preferred.
