Process Engineer - AI and Automation - Somerset west area

We are seeking a dynamic Process Engineer (AI & Automation) to design and deliver AI‑powered and automated solutions that transform client journeys and operational workflows.

This role blends process engineering, customer experience, and applied AI , ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and redesign client journeys across conversational banking, contact centres, and self‑service channels.

• Act as design authority for AI and automation initiatives.

• Define AI architectures, automation workflows, and performance frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with FSCA, POPIA, and TCF principles.

• Drive continuous improvement through measurement, testing, and iteration.
