- Investigate root causes of yield loss in a volume semiconductor‑manufacturing environment and track parametric and defect‑related yield loss for RF filter product lines.
- Deploy yield enhancement strategies to quickly characterize and react to yield issues and baseline shifts, performing first‑level commonality analysis using sort yield data, inline metrology data, and defect data.
- Develop and utilize tools for yield enhancement, including systems for tracking, reporting, and analyzing yield‑related issues to simplify data interpretation.
- Compile findings into daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal stakeholders to support decision‑making processes.
