Process Development Specialist

SUMMARY As a Process Development Specialist, you will be responsible for executing mid‑ and full‑scale bioreactor processes and large‑scale 2D cell culture, while supporting technology transfer to external manufacturing partners. You will play a key role in process optimisation, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bioreactor & Cell Culture Execute mid‑ and full‑scale bioreactor runs according to defined schedules Perform routine and large‑scale 2D cell culture activities Identify root causes of process issues and design experiments to resolve them Document outcomes and recommend process or technique improvements
Reporting & Documentation Draft, review, and present experimental reports and datasets Prepare technical transfer documentation within approved quality frameworks Present findings to internal stakeholders in technical forums
