Process Control Engineer (FDC Control)

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain FDC systems across all fab tools and processes
• Define and enforce FDC setup, alarm, and data handling standards
• Support engineers in interpreting FDC data for process analysis
• Lead system upgrades, documentation, and maintenance schedules
• Identify trends and anomalies to drive yield and equipment improvement
• Collaborate with process, equipment, IT teams, and vendors on FDC issues
• Train and mentor engineers on FDC best practices
• Participate in projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
• 5-10 years semiconductor experience with FDC, MES, or APC
• Familiarity with wafer bumping, RDL, or advanced packaging preferred
