Job Description

JOB MANDATE
The Process Automation Manager is responsible for leading automation initiatives across business units and subsidiaries by delivering the following:
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Develop automation strategies using tools such as RPA, Citizen Development, workflow automation, and AI technologies.

Align solutions (process, people, and technology) with the target operating model.

Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Plan and manage business roll-outs.

Monitor and track business value delivered.

Conduct post-implementation reviews covering scope, time, budget, lessons learned, and residual risks.
