Own and maintain wafer probe (CP) test specifications, limits, and methodologies for MEMS microphone products across development and high-volume production.
Analyze wafer probe data using statistical methods to define and refine test limits and guardband, and monitor Cp/Cpk, distributions, and parametric drift
Monitor and manage wafer yield performance, abnormal wafer maps, outliers, and distribution shifts, SBL (Statistical Bin Limits) and SYL (Statistical Yield Limits)
Work closely with foundry to review probe data, ensure test integrity, monitor daily production trends and address issues promptly
Support both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining products, define initial test limits and continuously refine based on production data
