Probe and Die Sales Manufacturing Supervisor

I. Basic Purpose of the Job

Supervise production line and control shop-floor activities in order to meet production targets and supervise number of employees such as Production/ Manufacturing Operators.

II. Reporting Relationship

The position reports to the Manufacturing Section Manager

III. Major Duties and Responsibilities

•Responsible for the overall performance of a shift or area concerning delivery and meeting the Manufacturing KPI, not limited to; Productivity, Cycle-time, On-time delivery, Quality & Yield •Plans headcount deployment, allocation of equipment, loading of materials and use of other resources to ensure maximum labor productivity, equipment, and space utilization. •Reviews daily production schedule based on the weekly plan and provide necessary actions to meet delivery commitments. •Regularly update management towards line issues and drives resolution with support groups for continuous improvement actions. •Co...
