Your new role

You will be part of a group of highly trained professionals who support the delivery of a high‑quality and consistent service experience for the bank's affluent clients. You will be responsible for managing, strengthening, and sustaining client relationships. The position plays a key role in enhancing client satisfaction, supporting retention efforts, supporting business growth through cross‑sell opportunities and ensuring full compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
