Our client, a leading upper mid market PE fund is looking for strong additions to their team in Madrid on Associate level
Responsibilities Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across a broad range of industries, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, and investment committee materials preparation. Support portfolio company value creation initiatives by working closely with management teams on strategic, operational, and financial projects. Conduct industry research, market mapping, and competitive analysis to identify new investment themes and proprietary sourcing opportunities. Participate in all stages of the transaction process, including deal sourcing, structuring, negotiations, financing, and exit execution.
