Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across a broad range of industries, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, and investment committee materials preparation.
- Support portfolio company value creation initiatives by working closely with management teams on strategic, operational, and financial projects.
- Conduct industry research, market mapping, and competitive analysis to identify new investment themes and proprietary sourcing opportunities.
- Participate in all stages of the transaction process, including deal sourcing, structuring, negotiations, financing, and exit execution.
