Newly Qualified Solicitor - Private Client

An opportunity to join Adviser Legal, dealing specifically with private client matters. We are looking for those of you who wish to join a new, fast expanding law firm offering Private Client services. The work will include obtaining Grants of Probate and dealing with estate administration, as well as drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney applications with a particular focus on probate work.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients ensuring compliance with legislation
• Enter and maintain client data onto the case management system
• Prepare legal statements
• Prepare inheritance tax returns
• Liaise with our clients and ensure clients are kept up to date on case progress
• Work with effective time management to ensure that all deadlines are achieved and client needs are met
• Ensure accurate and timely billing of all files
