Are you a Private Client Paralegal looking to join a supportive and well-respected law firm where you'll work closely with an experienced solicitor and gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of probate matters?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a friendly Liverpool city centre law firm that is looking to expand its Private Client team. This role offers the chance to work directly alongside a Senior Private Client Solicitor, providing invaluable support on a varied caseload of estate administration matters.
The Opportunity
Assisting with the administration of estates from initial instruction through to conclusion
Preparing probate applications and supporting documentation
Liaising with HMRC, the Probate Registry, banks, financial institutions and other organisations
Gathering information relating to estate assets and liabilities
Drafting letters and correspondence to executors, beneficiaries and third parties
