The Role

We are looking for a Trainer who will support participants in custody as part of the Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution Programme. In this role, you will deliver a structured six‑week course to small groups, as well as provide tailored one‑to‑one support. Working closely with prison staff, facilitators, and peer mentors, you'll play a key part in preparing individuals for release, supporting rehabilitation, and reducing re‑offending.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging group sessions on topics including goal setting, social interaction, coping with change, and healthy relationships.
• Complete initial assessments, enrol participants, and create tailored action plans.
