Priority Mortgage Relationship Manager

Job Summary

The Priority Mortgage Relationship Manager will join our Personal Banking Mortgages Team in Petaling Jaya Office. The job holder is responsible for driving mortgage sales growth by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients, actively prospecting for potential customers, providing comprehensive financial advice, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the mortgage application process.

Key Responsibility

• Consistently meet and surpass monthly mortgage sales targets, onboard affluent clients, and cross-sell other affluent products such as Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (MRTA) and Mortgage Level Term Assurance (MLTA) through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.
