Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printer (MFP).
- Perform on-site service repair/troubleshooting for both Hardware and Software on MFP.
- Update of all completed Service Jobs into CRM and clearing of Parts used in SAP system.
- Machine setup (including Printer Driver installation & Setup Scanning (Email/PC)) for customer’s newly purchased MFP at customer’s premises.
- Provide administrative support to the service team, i.e. report updating, collection of payment, ordering of service parts, and etc.
- Min 2 years of product management experience in copier including troubleshooting of equipment.
- Sound IT knowledge in software.
- Strong product technical knowledge in MFP, ECR/POS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
