Principal/Senior/Specialist (Analytics and AI), SPTD

This role offers the opportunity to apply your data, AI, and engineering skills to design, build, and deliver impactful products and insights that improve the lives of workers, workplaces, and public servants at MOM. Candidates with no working experience to seasoned professionals will be considered. Comparable roles in other organisations include Data Scientist, AI Engineer, and Data Product Engineer. You will be part of the A2I team, a group of technologists with diverse backgrounds spanning policing, defence, public health, and enterprise technology. The team is embedded within Co‑Lab, MOM’s multi‑disciplinary innovation group that brings together technologists, behavioural scientists, and transformation professionals to tackle challenges across the Ministry.

• Contribute to the development of a fast‑growing agentic AI platform that has introduced first‑in‑class AI capabilities to public officers.
