Purpose of the Role:

• The Lead Structural Designer is responsible for leading the offshore drafting team in the development and delivery of detailing solutions that meet project client and regulatory requirements. The role provides technical leadership, supervision and mentoring to drafting team lead/senior designer and draughtsman ensuring that designs are safe, efficient and compliant with industry codes and company standards.
