Context & Impact

We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to operate at the intersection of deep technical expertise and cross‑functional leadership. This is not a people‑management role. It’s for someone who has spent 10+ years building real intuition for how complex systems work — and who can now translate that into architectural direction, fast decisions, and meaningful influence across the organization.

You’ll be a reference point for the team: someone engineers come to when they’re stuck, someone who can engage with product and infrastructure discussions without needing to be briefed from scratch, and someone who is genuinely excited about where AI is taking the craft.
