Establish strong working relationships with business leaders and work with them to develop a technology roadmap, aligning projects to support the growth plans of the business 
Undertake analysis of proposed projects, producing business cases and business requirements documents 
Lead delivery of projects, managing resources (internal & external) and budgets to ensure timely delivery and business benefits realisation 
Work closely with vendor, business, and QA resources to ensures the quality of system implementations and changes
