About the role:
The Victorian Government's sixth Partnerships Addressing Disadvantage (PAD) is an outcomes‑based social impact investment led by the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF). Its target cohort is young people (12 – 25) requiring alcohol and other drugs (AOD) treatment with multiple and complex needs. PADs bring together government, service providers and private investors, linking government payments to the achievement of agreed social outcomes rather than paying only for activity. Government funding can include a standing charge component and outcome payments, while investors contribute capital and share in the risk/return depending on results achieved. For this round, the State is seeking to establish a new partnership with up to $12 million (excluding GST) available, and this process is underway.
