Principal Flute: Lead the Section & Soloist Role

The Tapiola Sinfonietta invites applications for Principal Flute to join the orchestra in Espoo, Finland. The role leads the flute section, sharing responsibility with the sub-principal and coordinating with concertmasters and other leaders.

The position includes playing piccolo, alto flute, and wooden flute, with emphasis on soloistic preparation and chamber music activities. Auditions will take place at Espoo Cultural Centre Tapiola Hall on Sep 7–8, 2026; the work schedule is 36 hours per week
