REQUIREMENTS: 
Total experience 11 years+ 
Strong expertise in Collibra, Data Governance, and Enterprise Data Management 
Proven experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain 
Strong knowledge of Data Management Frameworks, Data Catalog, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage 
Experience designing and implementing Global Operating Models (GOM) and Target Operating Models (TOM) 
Hands-on experience with Data Quality, Data Privacy, and Enterprise Data Governance frameworks 
Experience establishing Data Shared Services and Global Capability Center (GCC) operating models 
Strong expertise in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Planning, and Resource Allocation 
Experience defining and governing Service Catalogs, KPIs, SLAs, and Governance Frameworks
