Are you an experienced Highways Engineer looking to step into a leadership role where you can influence projects, mentor engineers and help shape the future of a growing team?
We're working with a well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Principal Design Lead to join its Civil Engineering team in either Cardiff or Bristol.
Working closely with the Associate Director, you'll lead the delivery of highways design projects, provide technical guidance to the team and play a key role in developing engineers while maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
