We’re looking for an exceptional Principal Engineer to take end-to-end technical ownership across a large-scale, multi-product organisation. This is not a single-team or delivery-focused engineering role. It sits at organisation level, shaping how engineering platforms evolve across multiple domains, teams and product areas. The work here is about direction, alignment and leverage, not feature delivery. You’ll be responsible for setting technical direction across all Platforms functions, working closely with senior engineering and executive stakeholders to define how systems scale, connect and evolve over time.
