Job Description
Principal Designer (CDM)
Salary: £60,000
Location: Chislehurst
Monday-Friday 8-5 Hour lunch, no hybrid working

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a contractor who are looking for a Principal Desinger.
Duties:
Act as Principal Designer on appointed projects in line with CDM 2015 regulations
Plan, manage and monitor health & safety during the pre-construction phase
Coordinate designers and duty holders to ensure effective design risk management
Support clients in understanding and fulfilling their CDM responsibilities
Review surveys, drawings, and specifications to identify risks and information gaps
