Your role at NTT DATA
As a Solution Architect (CX) at NTT DATA, you turn opportunities into real customer outcomes.
You work side-by-side with Sales Specialists to shape, develop, and close customer deals. You translate customer challenges into concrete, high-quality solutions that drive value — and you take ownership from first idea to signed contract.
You don’t stay at the high level. You drive solutions end-to-end:
From customer conversation → architecture → proposal → contract
From high-level design → detailed, deliverable low-level design
