Job Description

Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - Functional Consultant specializing in Talent Management and Learning typically focuses on leading the complete implementation lifecycle for the Talent Management and OLC modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Workshops and Requirements Gathering: Conduct client workshops to understand and document complex absence policies, legal compliance requirements and business processes.
• Solution Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and test the Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Learn modules
• Integration and Data Flow: Understand and manage the integration points between Oracle HCM Cloud modules and other external systems.
