Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation matters, including offer recommendations and retention strategies
  • Design and execute broad-based compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and equity
  • Build advanced analytical models to evaluate program effectiveness, pay equity, and workforce costs
  • Lead annual compensation benchmarking using surveys like Radford and Comptryx
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive offer strategies
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including FLSA and pay transparency laws
  • Execute annual compensation cycles such as merit planning and bonus payouts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive compensation experience
