Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation matters, including offer recommendations and retention strategies
- Design and execute broad-based compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and equity
- Build advanced analytical models to evaluate program effectiveness, pay equity, and workforce costs
- Lead annual compensation benchmarking using surveys like Radford and Comptryx
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive offer strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including FLSA and pay transparency laws
- Execute annual compensation cycles such as merit planning and bonus payouts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive compensation experience
