Under minimum supervision, works on complex-by-nature assignments, which require criteria, initiative and problem solving abilities, such as operation analysis, support in the balancing of lines, processes standardization, lean manufacturing audits, among others

Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local
laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Trains groups of associates in department initiative.
- Provides general advice in the use of lean manufacturing tools.
- Provides information of the advance of projects of activities to the area or project leaders.
- Reports to the operational excellence manager any irregularities found in the audits.
