Job Description
We are working exclusively with a privately backed, newly established brokerage firm created to manage the insurance program for a large, well-established Canadian construction company. With a $3–4 million book of business already in place and the full backing of a well-capitalized parent organization, this is a rare ground-floor opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to build and lead a brokerage from the inside out.
This is not a typical role. We’re looking for a technically strong, operationally minded professional who can set up the infrastructure of a growing P&C brokerage, manage a complex commercial program, and grow into a senior leadership position over time.
